Description
Positions: 3 Location: Hyderabad Travel: Moderate
Report to: Head Sales
Roles and responsibilities:
- Revenue and margin – Responsible for meeting residential sales target for the entire region as well as meeting sales target each sales member reporting to AGM

Cross Functional Requirements – 1. Finance - Interact with Finance team to ensure that data/ information on Sales pipeline and collections are correctly reflected. Ensure payment from clients is being collected on time against every project milestone. Report deviations to Sales Head and resolve in a timely manner.
2. Operations team – Support Ops Team with client and project related information as per company process
3. Marketing – Work with marketing team to optimize marketing campaigns by city/region to maximize deal conversion and order bookings; Ensure that all marketing leads being assigned to sales/CP team are followed up - Market intelligence – Regularly gather competitor intelligence from Sales/CP team and prepare recommendations for Freyr
- MIS Responsibilities - Prepare and report sales data regularly to Sales Head
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience including at least 2 years of Managerial experience
- At least 1 year of experience in the solar sector is a plus; prior experience in the retail segment is also a plus
- MBA and/or B-Tech is preferred
Skills expected:
- Networking and relationship management with clients
- Ability to manage and motivate sales managers as well channel partners
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills is a must
- Proficient in using Excel and Powerpoint
